This team is seeking to bolster it’s managed service model (tier 2/3 productions support) with a large Telco provider

Background

Implemented BRIM three years ago and this team is providing managed support (w/ some enhancements). They’re replacing a resource on their production support team for their largest client. The current resource needs a lot of hand-holding and isn’t a self-starter.

 

Requirements/Duties

  • BRIM – Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • How CI integrates with SOM (subscription)
  • How CI integrates with FICA
  • 3rd party integrations for invoice generation and printing
  • Bug hunting and fixing
  • When capacity, doing enhancements (New config)
  • Design solutions
