Job Description:
CST and EST time zone working hours – 8 am to 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Author and update a large number of web pages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Ensures proactive content governance and maintenance processes to ensure consistency, timeliness, accuracy and relevance.
- Follow content and design guidelines to ensure a consistent approach across the public website.
- Maintain and update web content for appropriate legal, brand, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
- Author digital content as needed, including policies, informational content, navigational elements, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help, alert messages, and FAQs
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficient in AEM
- Experience with Jira and SharePoint
- Prior experience authoring content for an enterprise website(s)
- Strong organization, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional digital strategy team to meet measurable objectives
- Accurate with an attention-to-detail
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a content author
- Experience in health care or other highly regulated industries
