Background
Implemented BRIM three years ago and this team is providing managed support (w/ some enhancements). They’re replacing a resource on their production support team for their largest client. The current resource needs a lot of hand-holding and isn’t a self-starter.
Requirements/Duties
- BRIM – Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- How CI integrates with SOM (subscription)
- How CI integrates with FICA
- 3rd party integrations for invoice generation and printing
- Bug hunting and fixing
- When capacity, doing enhancements (New config)
- Design solutions
