Summary: Mercy Regional Medical Center is looking for a locum Urologist to help fill their needs Sept-Dec 2024. Candidates must be available for these 2024 dates, to be considered for the ongoing 1 week per month 2025 dates of coverage needed.

#### Caps for Submission:
- Malpractice – Must be included in rates.
- Orientation – half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. “Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours”
- Hourly – ####-450 – “Per hour, not OT”
- Holiday – Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. “Per holiday hour, no OT”
- Nightly Call – ####-1000 – “Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis”
- Holiday Nightly Call – “Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis”
- On Call (Daily) – ####-4000 – “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis”
- 24 Hour Holiday Call #### – “Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis”

- Monday-Friday – 8a-4p + 4p-7a (night call) & Saturday-Sunday – 24hr call (7a-7a)

- Required Procedures/Job Duties: Seeing patients in clinic
- OR time for various procedures

- Support Staff: MA, NP/PA, RN
- Reason for Coverage: Candidate submitted cancellation recently and team needs to backfill this provider.

Requirement description :
- Board Certified Urology – Required, will not accept BE candidates
