Project is : Care GenAI Tiger Team to reduce CPO and, thus, call center system loads. GenAi capabilities aim to provide human-agent-like capabilities in the event of impacted call center service levels or call center outage. Both scenarios have occurred in the past 3 years as operational loads do not scale elastically with rapid spikes in demand. Will deliver self-service pilots and enhanced agent tooling leveraging GenAi. Proofs of Concept exist for all target capabilities.
