Day to Day:
This team member will be responsible for supporting this processing and working closely with the various app teams to monitor processes and month end, troubleshoot issues, support, and suggest process improvements and code changes. It will be a lot of coordination and communication, scheduling and leading meetings, tracking and facilitating issues/enhancements and documenting meeting notes. This position will be part of the broader NextGen Production Support team and will serve as the Production Support Analyst for Train 6 processing. Train 6 processing includes the financial and analytical data flows for membership, premium, medical claims, pharmacy claims, and providers for both Medicare and IFP lines of business. This individual should be a quick learner with strong verbal and written communication skills. They should be comfortable leading meetings and pulling multiple teams together to work and resolve issues. This individual will also be responsible for monitoring production processes to ensure SLAs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with numerous applications teams to monitor systems, applications, processes to meet the availability goals and to ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with multiple teams to coordinating issue resolution to ensure problems are worked and tracked timely
- Coordinate Month-End activities across multiple teams
- Risk identification, management, mitigation and reporting
- Required to be on call support 24×7 as needed on a rotation basis.
- Participate in infrastructure maintenance and application releases.
- Maintain system support documentation.
- Provide audit support at the train level, to include working with application teams to provide requested materials.
- Responsible for various aspects of event, incident, problem and change management.
- Adhere to all established methodologies, standards, and guidelines.
- Foster a positive environment and demonstrate successful relationship building with cross-functional teams and business partners.
Must Haves:
- Bach Degree or Equivalent
- Experience working as an Analyst in a complex environment for 5+ years
- Basic financial background
- Strong experience working with large, complex ecosystems
- Experience in an IFP, Medicare or Medicaid space or environment
- Experience analyzing data: data trends and tracking of data:
- Analyzing file transfer and file movements
- Understanding of delivery process via SAFE/AGILE methodologies.
- Work experience working with cross-functional teams to monitor processes and resolve issues
- Experience working with the business team; must be able to effectively manage some strong personalities
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate – ability to work and communicate with business partners and technology teams
- East Coast based team member or team member willing to work ET hours
- Evening and weekend work is required on an as needed basis
Soft Skills:
- Competent, self-starter with ability to identify and bring forward ideas to improve the overall support of Medicare/IFP platform
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; comfortable communicating with all levels of the company to include Senior Leadership.
- Proven success with achieving highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of SQL queries: how to read them & analyze them
- Technical background is a plus – this will allow them to better understand the process, as well as help troubleshoot issues, suggest enhancements, and implement tools to better stabilize this space

- Possess reasoning and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
