Physical Therapist – Home Health at Tulsa_Midtown (Tulsa, OK)Please note, there will be NO agency fee on this position! Staff will orient 2-3 days36 hr Guaranteed work week with 30 points per week. Monday through Friday only.Requirements:One year experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation setting or home health. BLS required Candidate must have HCHB (Home Care Home Base) experience Knowledge of durable medical equipment.Mileage will be billed at .50 cent per mile
