Locum – Physician – Emergency Medicine Jackson OH

Holzer Meigs job #49423, Gallipolis job#49424 and Jackson job#49425 ED are looking for an experienced provider. Provider must be available 8-10 shifts a month consistently for the next 3-4 months

Shifts are 8p-8a – main focus is night
shifts/weekends

  Less than 7%
• Trauma Level/Designation:  None
• Annual volume: 18,527 (15-20/shift per provider
• Total Number of Beds:  11
• Fast track in ED?  Yes
• EMR: 
  All Scripts/Paragon
• Will oversee APP’s
• ED Physician writes orders for Admissions
• Deliveries Sent Directly to Labor & Delivery
• Consultants Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist / Oncologist

• Please note: Medical Staff fees will be reimbursed after provider has completed first shift
  Physician conversion fee cap ####-####K

Requirement description :

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR OR WILL BE REDIRECTED

• Please submit rates and availability at time of name clear – REQUIRED
• OH state License – REQUIRED, not accepting IMLC
• COVID Vaccination – REQUIRED 
• MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) REQUIRED 
• MUST have 2+ recent experience REQUIRED 
• NRP – REQUIRED
• Please submit provider to all 3 Holzer sites (Meigs, Jackson and Gallipolis)

• Board Certified
