Job Details:
- Dates of Coverage: 10/16/2024
- Reason for Coverage: Providers out and no one to cover
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Occupational Health Clinic
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15
- Documentation System/EMR: Systoc
- Not a Trauma Designation
- APP will be Working Autonomously.
- Supervising Physician is off-site during working hours
- Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Required Duties/Procedures
- Training or Experience Required: Workers Comp injuries would be preferred for experience
- Procedures: Suture/ Fx care
~Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Travel Reimbursement Information:
- Lodging: ~####0/night
- All other bookings approve for standard/economy rates
Requirement description :
- Board Certified – REQUIRED (AANP, NCCPA)
- Active OH license – REQUIRED, no exceptions
- BLS/ACLS Certified – REQUIRED
- BWC/DOT – REQUIRED; 100% FIRM, NO EXCEPTIONS
- Flu vaccine – REQUIRED at time of credentialing
- Covid Vaccine – Highly preferred
