Job Title : ERP Data Analyst
Location : Remote
Contract : 6+ months 

Position Overview:

Oversee the quality, consistency, and integrity of critical master data within the North America Foods Enterprise. Collaborate with business functions and the Corporate Global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce data governance policies and standards.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure reliable master data.
  • Act as the primary guardian of the "single source of truth" for master data.
  • Liaise between the Business Unit and Global DT&D/Service Delivery.
  • Identify data and process improvement opportunities.

Essential Functions/Requirements:

  • Ability to travel 10%.

Principal Accountabilities:

Data Cataloguing:
  • Document regional data definitions and standards.
Data Operations Excellence:
  • Understand impacts on ERP systems and CRUD processes.
  • Validate and approve account/customer requests.
Data Governance & Quality:​​​​​​​
  • Conduct data quality analyses and resolve issues.
  • ​​​​​​​Identify and link duplicate records in Salesforce and SAP.
  • ​​​​​​​Develop data quality rules and monitor data quality.
  • ​​​​​​​Drive continuous improvement efforts.
​​​​​​​Data Literacy:
  • ​​​​​​​Educate stakeholders on data-related requirements.

Education, Experience, Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of business experience.
  • SAP and/or Salesforce experience.
  • Master Data knowledge.
  • Data Governance and Management experience.
  • Agile methodology & continuous improvement experience.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of quality/process improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and navigate the organization.
  • Initiative and ability to operate in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High computer literacy, MS-Excel & KNIME preferred.
  • Proactive, action-oriented, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to manage tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Adherence to Cargill values and ethics.
