Title- Adobe Product Manager

Remote Position

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Manager will collaborate with analytics partners to define and implement effective reporting and measurement frameworks for Martech product tests and initiatives. This role will focus on using analytics to track outcomes, assess test performance, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in creating robust measurement strategies that align with business goals. They will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring that results are communicated clearly to stakeholders.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with analytics and business partners to set up reporting frameworks and dashboards for key initiatives.
  • Develop and execute measurement plans for A/B tests and other product experiments.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, IT, and Product) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Maintain clear documentation of test objectives, metrics, and outcomes.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stay informed on Martech trends, innovations, and industry best practices to identify new opportunities for personalizing the e-commerce experience.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer by sharing user feedback and insights.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a digital or eCommerce setting.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
  • Experience designing and measuring A/B tests or similar experiments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with a proactive approach to uncovering insights and improving processes.

 

Required Skills : a product owner who has strong experience in Adobe RTCDP and data management. I really need someone in this role that can lead the team in strategy and roadmap planning for FY25. Ideal candidate would be someone who has led a team/agile pod in standing up Adobe RTCDP, Adobe Data Distiller, Adobe Federate Audience Composer (this is a new product so would be a bonus), bringing aggregated data into the Adobe data lake, building up customer data collection, and building a customer profile on site/app.
